mp4 to iDVD

Havn't found anything useful by searching, so I have an mp4 my friend sent me and would like to cnovert it to work in iDVD. Any free programs the are not FFmpegx that can do it. FF screwed my thing up. Also cound it keep its native resolution?

I'm not sure on this, but couldn't you just put it into iMovie then export that into iDVD?
