MP4 to MKV without Re-encoding possible?

I have a MP4 video file I would like to turn into a MKV file... but without re-encoding it. I just want to pass-thru the video and audio streams into a MKV container. Is it possible on a Mac? I know there is some tools for Windows that can do this... but that's not really an option for me. Ideas? Apps?

tsMuxeR and MKVToolnix both have mac versions.

Wow this is unsual, MP4 to MKV, normally the other way around

MKVToolnix is what you want, it now has the ability to remux MP4 to MKV TSMuxer I don't think can even open MP4 files

But not without re-encoding the file, the OP just wants to take the elemental streams from an mp4 and place them in an mkv container without having to re-encode the video or audio.
