MP4 video and activity window

Hi,

When I typically save video which I find online the format is .flv and Safari brings the video I click on right to my downloads folder. With .mp4 it just opens the file itself in another window in Safari. Does anyone know how to save the video itself? Thanks.

If the page links directly to the video, you can right/control+click on the link and select Download Linked File.

I think it's embedded or something. It's a mobile video upload on Facebook.
