When I was working the Mac turn itself off , when I tried to start it no response so I tried SMC reset I got to login screen then Apple logo with loading bar after 5 - 10% it shuts off , then I tried CMD + R it'll show Apple logo with spinning but shuts off after 5 - 10 seconds , then I tried option key at startup I got my HDD and network on recovery please help I almost tried everything - in addition I did update my device to 10.8.4

The problem is there's no Apple stores where I live , only resellers

the resellers will have their authorized service centers or as apple says, Apple Authorized Service Provider. Do you have protection plan?

I have a feeling your cooling system maybe be clogged up. Do you find the base of your laptop to warm?
try opening the back panel and verify that there is no dust or debris.
