Recently noticed a small dent on the top of my MBP just above the Apple Logo...obviously it doesn't affect the performance but I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to get rid of it...does apple offer a service?

Yes, they're likely to refer you to a local Apple certified repair shop. It will cost you an arm and a leg. I had a dent on the bottom casing and wanted to replace it prior to selling. The cost of parts/labors was $170 and that was simply just to replace the remove-able plate. Can't imagine what the top panel would cost since you would have to remove the entire thing.

id say its probably not worth it considering ill use the computer for 4 5 years then need to get a new one

I have a small dent on the upper left corner of the my MacBook Pro.

It's a cosmetic issue, but it doesn't impede with its operation at all.

I hope Apple uses better alloy on its future notebooks... aluminum dents too easily.
