Is there for MPEG Streamclip to preserve chapter markers?
I would also like to know this. There doesn't seem to be a field for chapters in any of the settings for MPEG Streamclip. Handbrake does offer to preserve chapter markers if they already exist, but that application doesn't allow trimming the way MPEG Streamclip does.
