This is really weird.

I had a video I split into 3 parts that I then uploaded to youtube. (stupid time and size limit)

I use MPEG Streamclip to edit the video. I was using the "in and out" features and it worked well for awhile. But on this latest video, the audio was off when I uploaded it to youtube. (the files were saved using the Save As function and then to a .mov file)

When I played part 3 (for example) in Quicktime locally, it was fine. The audio synced up. But when I uploaded it to youtube, youtube somehow magically found several seconds of audio that was BEFORE, time wise, and added that at the beginning. This lead to my whole video being several seconds off in timing with the audio.

Bad stuff. :D

Anyway, does any have any ideas what could have happened? Did mpeg streamclip make a mistake and Quicktime just fixes on its own?
Thanks for any advice.
