MPEG to WMV conversion

What is the easiest (and cheapest) way to convert MPEG files to WMV files? I need WMV for use with my Xbox 360 and my Connect360 software.

VisualHub/ supports transcoding to WMV. The last time I tried it though it didn't do the audio properly. The program has been updated many times since then though. So download the demo and see if it does what you need.
