MPEG2 playback doesn't work after migration

I have Final Cut Studio 2 and a MacBook Pro, so the MPEG2 playback plugin came via that installation.

I just bought a MacPro and used Migration Assistant to transfer everything over and while Final Cut works fine the MPEG2 plugin doesn't seem to be installed or registered properly.

Other than reinstalling Final Cut from scratch, is there a way to fix this?
