Hello! First post, hope I got the location right.

The thing is, in my previously working perfectly version of MPlayerX for Mac (1.1.0) I didn't have any problem, and now for some time the following happens:

At some point of the reproduction of a video AND any subtitle file (any type of both, I think) the subtitles suddenly show up as double, that is, where one could read:
"And she said blablabla"

You can suddenly read:
And she said blablabla
And she said blablabla

Two lines, or even four of them like:
And she said blablabla
and bleh bleh bleh
And she said blablabla
and bleh bleh bleh

You get the issue, right? Very annoying when it turns into 4 lines of text.

I'm using Mac OsX 10.9.5 (Mavericks) and as far as I know there weren't any updates for MPlayerX.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the subtitle files, and I suspect something with the settings, which I haven't been able to find or reset. So from what I've read around, I wanted someone to help me erase the settings/preferences file (which I couldn't find) thinking that this might help (since at the beginning I don't remember having this issue, and I think I used subtitles often as well).

It is a nice video player and I wanted to know if there's an easy solution rather than changing player.

Thank you.

Edit: I've found this https://code.google.com/p/mplayerx/issues/detail?id=1682, in case it's any help.
