MR code to resize photos in threads on the forums?

Anyone know how to resize the photographs that are posted on MacRumors? I just posted something and its the first time I'm using iDisk and the photos are EXTREMELY large. I usually use Imageshak, but i'm not currently home and I don't rememer ber I.S. password.

Any help would be much appreciated.
