MR promotion of a StackSocial "lifetime" VPN service for $33.15

Today, the home page had a promotion of a "lifetime" VPN service through StackSocial for $33.15. See: Deals: Learn a New Language, Protect Your Online Activity, or Build a Website With These New iOS/macOS Software Sales . Such a service cannot possibly be viable. The "lifetime" service cannot possibly last forever, and it's highly doubtful that this VPN would protect your online activity. "Lifetime" low-priced VPN services are notorious for failing to deliver.

Readers should be able to trust the products that MR promotes. I don't see how the staff can do that for this particular service.

Stay away from anything that StackSocial is advertising. We have had many problems with them in another forum, such as difficulty getting refunds or even contacting anyone there. Their deals are not really good deals and some of them are bad deals.
