This looks good! I currently don't have a Plex server installed so I can't test, but does MrMC support Plex direct play (without transcoding) of VC-1 video, FLAC 5.1 audio and SRT subtitles?

yes, Plex Client supports direct play as well as being able to setup Plex server to transcode.

Pretty much everything except ISO/VIDEO_TS and raw decrypted bluray rips. Plex Server does not know how to handle them.
