I've brought back MRoogle. It's basically the google search you can get to from the search drop down, but it looks kinda like the google homepage.

Keep in mind what iBlue said in her post regarding Google's T&C's and how Google made them take the site down.
That is the problem is no one can tell why it was against their T&C. However, to the OP, was this something e created and if so, did you collaborate with him before bringing it back? I don't know how it worked I just know it was the best search engine for this site despite some members' aversion to it.
I did not collaborate with anyone, I just made a Custom Search Engine, and put it on a page with a photoshopped Macrumors Logo, and the background from the homepage. If he made changes, and wants to change this one, that's fine by me. All this one does is search all of the .macrumors.com domains, so it includes the news feeds and the buyers guide.
Which is all that e's did, as far as I could tell. Yours will probably get taken down just like e's, but good job while it lasts.
I guess it expired again.
How can one create such custom search engine? Hmm, the answer is probably just a search away.

Sorry about that. I had changed some things around. It should be partially back (the custom search part) and I'll fix the rest of it in a bit.
