I installed el capitan from usb(app store version) + there were a few of security updates and some apps like(chrome, telegram, airmail, hands off, istats menus)
As you can see on the gif, the process disappears after a few second. If I reboot it'll start and disappear again but this time without triggering hands off since the rule is already created.
As I remember I didn't have it before. I tried reinstalling the system a few times.
Does anyone have this process on startup?
upd. Looks like if it starts before hands off, there's not rules requests
