Got fed up with changing the batteries in my Rocketfish mouse every week so picked up the MS 5000 blutooth mouse for my iMac. Using system mouse properties this thing is really jerky when moving it in a small area, so for example trying to target the minimize button on a window is really frustrating. I tried some of the shareware apps out there like iMousefix etc. but none seemed to fix the problem. Latest I've tried is MS Intellipoint driver but this seems to do absolutely nothing to the mouse regardless of what setting I choose.

Anyone have this mouse and have had similar problems and fixed it?

TIA.

It sounds exactly like a problem I had with two Logitech MX 1100 mice. Will be interesting to see if anyone has any solutions because it stumped me. :(

I'm using the MS 5000 Notebook BT mouse right now . . . not having any issues as you describe, being paired with iMac.
