MS Office 04 for mac Printing 1 page only of multiple

I have customer with a wierd issue... In MS Office 2004 for mac only 1 page of a multi-page doc will print, each page must be printed individually. She has re-downloaded the printer drivers, re-installed office and we made sure that she had no strange prefs enabled. Any ideas?:confused:

What version of Office 2004 is she having this issue? Is it just in a single Office 2004 app (say, Word) or is it every Office 2004 app? Does it happen in any other application (say, TextEdit or Preview)? What version of OS X is she using?
