MS Office '08 serial with trial

I have the danish version of the Home & Student Edition of MS Office '08. The thing is, I'd much rather use Office in English.
Can I download the English trial version of Office from Microsoft's web site, and then use my own serial? Will everything work if I do?

I'd rather not just try and see, because I'm afraid that Microsoft will count my serial number as used but I won't get all the features I paid for.

I don't see why it would not work, just call Microsoft, they are generally pretty nice in their Mac department.

I couldn't find a way to contact Microsoft for free, so I just tried my luck with the serial number anyway - it worked fine!
