I have a MacBookPro with Leopard and have installed MS Office for MAC 2008.
However when I went to "Help" and selected the "Get started with Excel video" a black screen appeared with the blue Quick Time Logo "Q" in the centre and then a ? appeared in the centre of the Logo. - no video. The same thing happens with all the other Office tutorial videos. Can anyone tell me how I can fix it so that I can watch the videos.
Thanks

Do you need to have the CD in the drive to watch them?

Microsoft probable encodes these videos as WMV. Install Flip4Mac. It's free.
