MS Office 2011 mac update

So I just updated my MS office (the one from September because i don't really use MS) and the update screen looks different. Isn't it usually black with the MS colors at the bottom? This time there was an A in the background made with office materials (much like the mac app store symbol). Is it supposed to be different?

Did the upgrade work? If so, the graphics didn't matter.
