MS Office doesn't get past SetUp

I recently created a new account on my MacBook Air (late 2013) and deleted my old account, so I could pass on to my daughter. Now she cannot open any MS Office programmes, although everything else seems to be OK. She is "directed" to run MS Office SetUp which seems to run correctly but the Office Programmes still will not open :(

Unfortunately I cannot find the original Product Key and so cannot reinstall MS Office. Any ideas please??
