i am using Entourage with two email accounts - AOL & GMail, both set up as IMAP.
my current issue pertains to the AOL acct. at one point, my spam folder would get automatically updated with new mail just like my inbox. but now, for some reason, i need to click on it...then it checks. how can i have it automatically check just like my inbox.
there's times i forget i need to physically click on it, so i end up getting email's late that unfortunately went into the spam folder.
