MS Office for mac license

If I purchase this, & when a description says for 2 macs, does this mean that the software will be forever locked into those 2 macs? say I want to install on a 3rd mac, could I uninstall from the 2and mac to install on the 3rd? or is the license used up on those 2 macs?

IIRC, you can install on two computers. You will be blocked from installing on a 3rd unless you call Microsoft and explain and hope they allow it.

Note that MS Office 365 licensing is more forgiving. 5 computers Mac or PC and you can change those devices at will.
