MS Office Mac - Question about Word and embedded diagrams

Hi,

first of all - I'm not a Apple User (yet) but a good friend of mine with an Apple needs your advice. We do appreciate all your answers, thanks.


There is a Word Doument with various embedded diagrams from Excel - but all of the diagrams are of different size. Is it possible that all diagrams can be resized to the same size with one click. Clicking the handle and pulling helps, but i never do get the same size for each diagram. Is there a way of saying that a diagrams size is 7 centimeter x 15 centimeter?

Click on the objects you want to size, open the formatting palette and open up the Size, Rotation and Ordering section. You can enter exact sizes in there.
