MS Office Outlook latest update crashes

I installed the latest updates for MS Office of Mac 2016 and Outlook crashes upon opening. It is version 15.20 released today. All the other apps are OK..... Anybody else experiencing this?

There may be bigger issues afoot here. I didn't DL the update, but did try to read about the update on TechNet - MS's own link for today's update for Mac Office 2016 reads "This page doesn't exist." Not a good sign... I'm guessing the update was pulled.

I always read these updates first FWIW, especially with MS borking so many updates on Win 10 lately. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/ms16-029.aspx - screen shot of the relevant web page below (link included)...
