MS Paint emulator or Photoshop settings?

I'm looking to find a way of drawing that looks like MS Paint. Don't ask why. I downloaded Paintbrush for OSX and it's pretty much what I need, but it doesn't save out at high enough resolution.

Anyone know if there's anything similar, but where you can work on larger res artboards, or if, without fiddling with too many setting, there's a way of recreating that look in photoshop? A plugin would be nice

Should be able to emulate a similar look in Photoshop by using a hard edge brush.

Plugins don't fix everything
