I'm using MS Word for Mac 2008. Notice the space between the top and bottom sentence. How can I decrease this space?

Thanks!

Just for that paragraph or permanently? To change it for that paragraph only go to format --> paragraph... and change the spacing before and after. To do it for all paragraphs from now on you have to change normal style. Go to format --> style... --> pick normal in the list --> modify... --> paragraph --> format drop down and go to paragraph... --> change the spacing before and after and then click ok. Make sure you hit "add to template" if you want this to be the case for all future documents.
