MS Word 2011 Style Keyboard Shortcut

Earlier versions of Word allowed me to assign a keyboard shortcut to instantly apply a user-created style to selected text. I can't find a way to do that in 2011.

Tools > Customise Keyboard > Format > Style or Style Name do not help.

How can I do this please? (Surely it can be done.) :confused:
