After upgrading? to Snow Leopard, i found my HP 3055 Printer didn't work, nor did MS Word2008 work without crashing. I finally got through the printer issue by re-loading a driver, but after removing and re-loading Word, I still have issues. I've repaired permissions, verified the disk and I still find it crashes when calling up a file. This app is impossible to work with, so what to do next? Suggestions?

MS Word Crashes under Snow Leopard

I did the 12.2.1 update...plus the earlier ones. Still no luck. Now when logging in it takes me into a guest account. When I try to go back to my original user account, it won't accept my PASSWORD! That the He__? What to do now? Complete new install, reverting back to 10.5?
