Has anyone noticed a print quality issue when printing via AirPrint from MS Word on iOS? No matter the document or the font, the print quality from iOS Word when printing to my 1200dpi LaserJet resembles a 300dpi inkjet in “draft” quality mode.
I’ve also tried printing through Printer Pro, and the problem seems less pronounced (PP scales down the page slightly) but it’s still there. Exporting to PDF and then printing the resulting PDF also make the problem less pronounced, but for some reason this option also makes signatures and annotations done with the Apple Pencil look 2-3x thicker than they do on screen.
Printing from other applications, such as Pages, Mail, and Safari, do not appear to exhibit the same problem.
