Are you asking? If so the answer is yes - it can affect Macs too. That's why the Mac Office versions are listed there.

Well, I was really trying to post this as informational. But, it does strike me as a little odd that MS Word can allow someone to gain complete control over my computer. Just what kind of coding has MS put into that program?

I guess it's a buffer overflow which allows someone to get "bad" code to run...
