Msg On Server Only ?

When I see that there is a new
email on my iphone, has the full message already been downloaded to the iPhone ?

Or is it (only) on the Comcast Server at this point, and will only be downloaded fully when I click on the title/header on rhe phone’s
IN Box?

I assume you refer to email. And well that depends on a few things actually. POP3 servers - your phone has it downloaded when you see it. – IMAP server - your phone probably first downloads it when you tap it, but it depends on storage available on phone, settings in Mail, and the size of the email
