Msn groups doesnt works on mac

I can send messages, I can send commands, and everything, but I just cant see what others send me !!!! I know can use /view to see but /view doesnt allows me to see usernames, so I wont be able to know who is talking to who .

HELP !!!! THIS IS URGENT !!!!
