MSN, Ichat & Yahoo! Messenger - in one?

Hi all

I currently use MSN & Yahoo! Messenger to chat to friends & wonder if anyone has come across a 3rd party app that will allow me to log onto both with the same program??

I managed to find one for my iphone, but not my imac
