Hi,

Everytime I sign in into Msn Messenger on OS X 10.5 an alert windows opens for each of my contacts that are online. It is extremely annoying to have to close +50 alert windows every time I sign in. How can I make msn to stop doing this?

Make sure your updated to 7.0.2

And you can change the settings in preferences.

I have the latest version already. Is there any other way besides changing the preferences? I do want to be notified when a contact signs-in, I just don't want to have those notification simultaneously as soon as I sign-in

Happens on aMSN too... it's like a server error or something xD

Is any other Mac user in the world having trouble connecting to the MSN network?

I'm having this same problem and some others (like contacts going offline, messages not being delivered, etc), using aMSN, Adium, and/or MSN Messenger for Mac, and I've tested with another account, and the same happens.
