MSN Messenger on iPhone

Hey, I'm new to this and have not yet bought an iPhone (very possibly this afternoon ) but I'm getting some great info and advice from this forum, so thanks.

The next question I have, is, can you get MSN messenger on the iPhone? I take it you can get web messenger through online msn, but was wondering about the propper application?

Also, people talk about emails being refreshed every 30 mins??? Is this their hotmail or do you get an email account with O2 and apple?

You can get (pay for) an Apple e-mail, but Yahoo! and GMail let you check for mail automagically every 30mins with the Mail application. Meebo web messenger is great on the phone, but if you hack (Jailbreak) your iPhone, there is an application called Apollo.

I use meebo.
Hopefully when the SDK drops we'll have some form of native app that we can install.

I use meebo as well, but as the other poster said, I hope someone makes an application that will keep you signed in.

I was also looking for a way to use Live Messenger mobile where someone can send a message via Live Messenger to the iPhone.

I agree. And you can be signed in to multiple accounts at the same time.
