A colleague of mine has recently upgraded her iMac from Mojave to Catalina. She was previously running MSOffice for Mac 2011, but of course as this is a 32-bit application it is not compatible with Catalina. She has purchased a MSOffice365 licence and all of the new application work fine, except for MSOutlook. When she tries to import her previous MSOutlook data she gets the following response that it is not the latest version of MSOutlook 2011 as per the screenshot.

With hindsight, she should have exported her data before upgrading. She knows that now! I presume that the issue is that the data stored is perhaps 32-bit and so the 64-bit software can't read it? Does anyone have an "easy" solution to work around this issue please?
