Muitltasking and voice control

As the title states multitasking and voice control is there a way to turn them off cause i havent been able to find anything that will since i updated to 5.0.1 and i have cydia but nothing seems to be working yet it maybe cause things have not updated yet. But if anyone knows of anything that is working please let me know thanks in advice

You want to turn them off? Springtomize2 can do that
 
Yea i had to restore my phone and re-jailbreak when i installed springtomize 2 it didnt work to well with my phone! But that was before they updated it so if may work now ill give it another shot

I thought springtomize 2 wasn't working well on my device but it turned out I just needed to turn on the right settings. I thought it was messing with zephyr and the multitasking tray but it was because I didn't have multitasking turned on in Capabilities which is also where you can turn off voice control
 
I re-installed springtomize 2 n it still doesnt turn the settings that i choice off or on. Now only have of my apps disapper and this is after i reboot and respring my phone. Does anybody know whats going on and can help me?
