iPhone 13 Pro Multi county sims

Hi, I was wondering with the iphone 13 I just got, if I have a Uk sim and a Spanish sim installed or even 2 esims, will the phone automatically use the correct number if I make calls, ie uk calls on Uk esim and Spanish calls with Spanish esim?
Would I need to adjust manually each time?
