Multi Folder Multi Zip Creation

Hey Guys,

I am trying to find a way to make zip files of folder in a recursive mode.

Example: iTunes Folder / Band /

2009_05_20 The Greek Theatre Los Angeles, CA
2009_09_01 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL
2009_09_02 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL

I would like it to go though the Band's folder and make a zip of each folder in to its own zip.

so it would be

2009_05_20 The Greek Theatre Los Angeles, CA
2009_05_20 The Greek Theatre Los Angeles, CA.zip
2009_09_01 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL
2009_09_01 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL.zip
2009_09_02 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL
2009_09_02 Charter One Pavilion Chicago, IL.zip
