Im sure this is really easy but I cant work it out.

Basically I have some images that are PDFs and I just want to out them in 1 PDF with multiple pages

Can anyone help

Use PDF Lab. Do a search at Version Tracker for it.

Automator can also do it:

Preview -> Change Type of Images
PDF -> Combine PDF Pages

You save that, and drop the images into it, and they should come out as a multi-page PDF. :)
 
I can also recommend PDFLab, the fastest and simplest way of combining PDFs that I've ever found, and I've looked at all of them.

That works, well put in the single PDFs and it comes out with a multipage 1 so thanks very much.

But wouldnt let me change images to PDFs wasnt an option

Hmmm, I guess it can only *input* PDF as an image type, but not output. Strangeness. Does sound like PDFLabs is better, though.
