Multi Purpose sub £200 monitor!???

I know this is quite a specific ask but I am looking for a sub £200 screen around 19"-25" big, preferably in widescreen that is hopefully atleast 720p HD!

Its quite hard to find but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, I suppose I could stretch over my budget by about £100 if the need really arises!

The main features requirted are:
HD
(preferably) a large viewing angle
Bright Screen
Clear Picture
VGA or similar so my Powerbook (soon to be macbook pro) can connect!

Things like extra USB's and other ports are a bonus but not necessarily required!

720p is only 1280x720. Assuming it does not have to be exactly that: more is OK then there are lots of 19" and even some larger choices.

Edit to add: there are even 22" screens that appear to match...

Yes sorry when I said 720p I meant and up...

Realistically Im looking for something more around 1600x1000
