Multi-screen yosemite dislike

I have an iMac 27 inch and a 24inch Dell monitor side by side using Public Beta of Yosemite...

I'm not a big fan on how the inactive screens menu-bar fades really low and the clock and date looks distorted text. I wish the menu bar would just stay the same on both screens no matter which is active.
