Multi-tasking and closing iPhone apps

Is there a way to close every running iPhone application all at the same time?

I only seem to be able to double-tap the home key and individually close each app. Can I have them all closed all at once?

I use weecloseapps, but unfortunately you have to be jailbroken.

I usually just close two apps at a time by tapping with both of my thumbs simultaneously :/
