Multi-tasking/background suspended Apps...

All my apps are taking longer to launch even when they are already suspended in the background on my 4S....If I open wordfued, it starts it fresh even though its open in background, same with tweetbot....just doesn't seem smooth as before.

My first issue with iOS6 really
