I was just wondering, as odd as it may seem, if anyone has managed to find a certain type of BandAid, or off-brand of them, that doesn't ruin multi-touch gestures. I like those fabric type BandAids, they're more comfortable, however when on my finger tips, they don't work with multi-touch. This may seem like a 1 day a year type thing for normal people, but I have a nervous habit of chewing the skin off my finger tips, and have bandaids on them often. So any info would be greatly appreciated as I've gotten used to using the gestures.

May I suggest one of these?

I don't think that would work, the bars across the mouth appear far enough apart to permit fingers. The straight-jacket would help in that regard, but might make normal daily tasks a bit more difficult.

For RelievedSimplet, sorry, nothing comes to mind apart from breaking the habit. I used to bite my fingernails back, and on occasion they would bleed. I started chewing gum any time I found the urge to bite them, until I finally stopped.
