Multi-Touch Gestures with Redsn0w?

If I forgot to enable multi-touch gestures with Redsn0w, can I go back and enable without having to restore/jailbreak all over again? Thanks.

Unfortunately you'll have to run Redsn0w again. I don't know of any packages in Cydia that would enable the gestures at this time, and I don't think it's as simple as adding a line to a .plist file.
