Hello, I am looking for a rather specific piece of software that may or may not actually exist. Here's what I want to use it for:
Every weekend we photograph and produce graphics-laden posters for dozens (sometimes 150+) teams. Of course, there are several individuals involved in the production of each poster.
I'd like to find a piece of software that can run on multiple Macs simultaneously allowing each user to "check off" a team when they've completed their portion of the production of each individual poster (i.e. photographed, ingested, color corrected, designed, printed, etc). The computers are connected via LAN but, as we're on-site, we have no Internet connection.
