While we all have witnessed Apple's growth in iPods, we all know that beautiful aluminum can be created in several colors.

With this is mind, Apple should create MacBook Pros that come in these vivid color combinations. Seriously, is that not a good idea??

Would anyone purchase a color MBP?? I know i would...

Just a thought..
[Note to Apple: Keep this is your thoughts, please]

If Johnny Ive wanted to venture back into the land of rainbows, he would have shown us with a new BlackBook. Plus, color hardly spells the "Pro" name Apple keeps trying to push.

"Pro" isn't spelled with the colors of the computer, but high performance components. You know, things like pro video cards, none of which are available in any Macs, much less the "Pro" ones.

Thin and stylish doesn't count towards being "Pro", either.

To you. So nobody else should have the choice for different colors.
It's not a democracy. Apple will probably consider user preferences in designing their products.... to a point. Ultimately, they have an overall policy and plan and want to maintain control regarding the appearance of their products (the "Apple look", for lack of a better term). I'm sure, if there was a great demand for colored MBPs, black or otherwise, they would have produced them. They have no obligation, and it would be cost-prohibitive, to create variations of their product line, just to appease a small minority of consumers.
