Multimedia appears in Mac MOVIE!!!

What happened to him? I have noticed he is no longer around and I have also seen peoples sigs asking to 'pardon multimedia'. Was he banned for some reason?

He helped me out once via audio ichat when I was having problems with Handbrake.
 
Wow, just wow.

I've seen that before but I had no idea. I thought that movie clip was funny at first but something tells me that soMMe of those people aren't just kidding around, which is very frightening.
 
Does this mean if this is a real movie and since they do show multimedia in it.Does this mean that MacRumors.com is going to be on one of his displays at some point ?

Huh??? How could you not?? His avatar was of his face. I immediately recognized him because of that avatar.

BTW, he had been posting over at appleinsider, but mysteriously dropped off the net right before the Mac Pro was updated.

Maybe the news of the Mac Pro update was too much for him and he went into hiding.....:confused:

he was banned for multiple offenses of forum rules, 24 to be exact.
 
That trailer is hilarious but I can't find any information about the movie; the official site simply says they're experiencing difficulties and the site will be up soon. Anyone have any idea of when it'll be released and how?

Also, I remember seeing Multimedia's famous avatar around the place but I can't find the reason he was banned anywhere. I went to the link given in this thread but even there the moderator said that it's against the rules to publicly discuss it. So can someone, who does know, PM me the gory details? I'm really fascinated to know what he did that was so wrong considering how big a contributer he was to the forums!

This actually looks like an interesting movie, looking at the interplay between long-time hardcore Mac fans and the company that has suddenly found itself popular. Yes, some of the people sound pathetic, but I'd like to watch it. I hope it's real.
 
Is this a real movie? or just a mock up trailer? I did a search on imdb, nothing turned up for "macheads"

it's no ones business. however, moderators do not perma-ban regulars without very good reason, which most of the time no one outside of the mods and the person banned has any idea about.
